【90 Days Challenge】- record

Week7: 2018/04/07~04/13

Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

46. 初衷,往往是最強大的依靠。
47. Listening to others' story, meanwhile we've been creating our's, either.
48. 永遠對周遭的一切保有感恩,因為有他們的存在才有自己的現在。
49. 對於自己的熱愛,沒理由不全力以赴!

意識到與做出改變,往往有著距離!
不斷的強化心態,找回最初的信念!
透過前輩的分享,確信自己走的路不是自己一個人艱苦過!
就像我常鼓勵大家,我可以你們也行;
同樣地他們可以,那我一定也可以!
在我們努力的過程,總會遇到自己的困境,
但那永遠不會是阻擋前進的藉口,也是不該是!
目標就是得達成,熱愛就是得全力以赴!

There's always distance between recognition and taking change.
Trying hard to enhance the mindset and the believe.
The road is tough definitely.
Those who could do I could do,either.
Difficult would appear definitely in progression.
But, there's never be any excuse to stop we moving on. And shouldn't be!
The goal have to be achieved, the enthusiasm should pay all attention on.
